These pants run a little small and would need to size up1 size.

Small would fit :XS-Small
Medium would fit: Small to Medium ( but if you have larger tush area and more curvy body you may want to go to a large)
Large is really more like a medium
XL is more like a Medium/Large
A person who is typically a Large and a has more curvy body may want to size up to XL when we get them in.
