Refund policy

All intimate products are final sale, Such as swimwear or Jewelry.

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Need a different size ?

You can return and exchange sizes as long as we have one in stock. 

If an item is no longer available a store credit will be given.

All Items marked  "Final sale" or  purchases can not be returned.

All items where a discount code was used are final sale but you can exchange for different size if available.

All products we send out are quality inspected and photographed before they leave here, Please let us know if anything is damaged within 48 hours of receiving item(s) via email or text.

Any items being returned must have all tags still attached and no visible wear,odor or damage. Items must be returned with no odor of smoke..

You have 10 days from the date of receiving the item to contact us with the return item.

We can not apply a new discount to items already purchased and paid for.

 

We cant accept items with missing tags.

We are no responsible for any packages that have been delivered to your address listed for delivery that is tracked as delivered.

If you frequently have packaged go missing from your location and need signature required please notify us at MizuBayUSA@Gmail.com before we send out your order so we can add that to the shipping.

Please request insurance on packages if you wish to have recourse if UPS or USPS damages your package or they lose it.

Charge backs:

If you receive the products you can not charge back any amount unless you notify us in writing and send back the items first. You must notify us via email that you will be charging back because you are returning the products. 

You can not charge back anything until we confirm undamaged products in original condition.

All products sent back must have a tracking number and be provided to us.
