Shipping policy

At this time we do not offer free shipping.

All orders will be shipped out Monday through Friday.If you place an order on Friday it most likely wont go out until Monday.

If you would like to combine shipping with an additional order that was placed afterwards then we would need it in writing that you would like us to hold you shipment until the added product can be added to the package.

You are responsible to let us know if you frequently have packages go missing from your address provided and need signature required. Please email us at MizuBayUSA@Gmail.com so we can add signature required to your package.

MizuBay LLC is not responsible for packages once they leave our facility. All packages will have a tracking number and will be emailed to you to the email address you provided in your order.

 Please keep in mind if you do not provide us with your email we have no way of providing you the tracking number.
